DEPOSITS
A deposit is required at time of booking. Your appointment date and time can not be secured until deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable.
PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT
Please be prepared for your appointment upon my arrival. Please have your face clean of any makeup nd ready to start glam!
HOTEL ROOM APPOINTMENTS
All hotel locations will require someone with a room key to escort Andrew Saint from the lobby to the hotel room. Meet up time must be 10 minutes prior to appointment start time.
LAS VEGAS STRIP LOCATIONS
An additional fee may be required.
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you must cancel your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied towards another booking in the future. The deposit is only refundable if for any reason, I am unable to complete the appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled start time, the remaining balance owed will be due in full.
LATE
When booking your appointment please be mindful of time you are booking for. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it is under my discretion for me to cancel the appointment . If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled or an additional fee will be added.
NO SHOW
If for any reason you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be put to another booking in the future. In addition to losing your deposit, you will be charged the remaining balance of your appointment.
